I’ve lived and worked for three years in Florence and after my return to my home town Berlin, I never gave up to follow events and things which happen there. To keep this relation i’ve founded a publishing house, the Britzer Hufeisen Verlag, dedicated to books related to Florence. First translations and than also my own book which was published by E.A. Seemann. The recent publication is Florence and its true cuisine, a translation of the most popular Italian cookbook of the Florentine cuisine written by Paolo Petroni.

This time, with less war, but more art and artists, as it was typical for the Italian renaissance.
